1. Cancellation Timeframe
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, whereupon a full refund is made. After 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, the order having by then been processed or despatched.
2. Procedure for Cancellation
You are to contact the customer service team immediately, quoting your Order Number. That team will thereupon verify the status of the order and confirm whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
3. Refund of the Sum Paid
Where a cancellation is approved, the refund is made to the original payment method employed at purchase. A period of 7–14 business days should be allowed for that refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
