At BEASTLY KINGDOM SDN. BHD. 202601003178 (1665275-D), the delivery of goods purchased on this website is governed by the terms set out below. They apply to processing, carriage, charges and tracking alike.
1. Shipping Coverage
Delivery is presently effected to two areas:
Peninsular Malaysia — all states lie within the delivery network.
East Malaysia — Sabah & Sarawak are likewise served.
2. Order Processing Time
Each order is prepared for despatch within 1–3 business days. That period is reckoned in working days, and neither weekends nor public holidays are counted against it. Upon despatch a confirmation email is transmitted to you, setting out the tracking information assigned to your consignment.
3. Carriage and Estimated Delivery
Overnight and next-day delivery are not offered. Carriage times vary with destination, and the windows tabulated below are the standard ones.
The foregoing windows are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather may each extend them.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is provided free of charge, the standard shipping fee being waived in your favour. One qualification applies: where an order constitutes a bulk or specialised promotional order, a fee may nonetheless be computed at checkout by reference to total weight and destination, if applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking is furnished as a matter of course. Once the consignment has passed to the courier partner, a tracking number and a direct link are transmitted to you by email or SMS; that link reports the progress of the parcel in real time.
